I love this place, their ice cream is really good. Good amount of selections. The service is great. It's never crowded. They have a few soy based ice cream. Highly recommend this place.

Really great and unique flavors and the staff's really helpful. They also help with with recommendations for which flavors go together. Most of the flavors change daily so the help is welcomed.

I have been to the original LA location a bunch of times since it was close to CHLA. This one was similar but not as good. Lower ice cream turnover here, it is much less busy. The LA location is hopping and the ice cream gets turned over like crazy. It did not taste as fresh. The brown bread tasted weaker, less flavor. The location is in a gentrified, hipster location of Santa Ana. There are fancy new condos and townhouses in the area and this little shopping area has such hipster touches as a gravel parking lot and distressed wood siding. Oh and don't forget about inspirational quotes on the walls. I surmise the locals are not too happy, as some of the businesses have broken windows. The ice cream is very good, but is a bit too inconvenient to go here regularly, unless you live or work around here.
